Thanksgiving Weather Forecast...

Thanksgiving Turkey

In the pre-Thanksgiving rush, we have received an early weather report from our in-house weather reporters.

Turkey Dinner Turkeys will thaw in the morning, then warm in the oven to an afternoon high near 190F. The kitchen will turn hot and humid, and if you bother the cook, be ready for a severe squall or cold shoulder.

Steaming Turkey During the late afternoon and evening, the cold front of a knife will slice through the turkey, causing an accumulation of one to two inches on plates. Mashed potatoes will drift across one side while cranberry sauce creates slippery spots on the other. Please pass the gravy.

Bright Sun A weigh****ch and indigestion warning have been issued for the entire area, with increased stuffiness around the beltway. During the evening, the turkey will diminish and taper off to leftovers, dropping to a low of 34F in the refrigerator.

Dark Cloud Looking ahead to Friday and Saturday, high pressure to eat sandwiches will be established. Flurries of leftovers can be expected both days with a 50 percent chance of scattered soup late in the day. We expect a warming trend where soup develops.

By early next week, eating pressure will be low as the only wish left will be the bone!

Hey sweetie!!!!  A relaxing Saturday morning???  NEVER!!  But I had a nice one - I had to be up by 6 because KB come to the house early!!!!  So I stayed up, made soup, homemade beanies and weenies, tuna salad, showered, went to Wally World, came back, picked up Mom and KB and went to see Beverly Hills Chihuahua (it was sooooo cute!! they all looked like a version of Happy!!)

I dropped Mom off, I'm at KB's house with them, fixing teryaki chicken and noodles, waiting for them to be picked up by their mother-figure, and then I'm heading to Target.

How 'bout you?  Hope you're having a good one!!!  As far as the pics in the post - if I wanted to do it again, I couldn't!!!  I'm that computer stupid!!  I was actually shocked to see them show up because all I did was cut and paste from another site.  TRUST me, if I HAD to tell you how, I COULDN'T!!!  LOL!!

Love you,

Tia

LOLOL Your a nut! Sounds like you have been busy! I had to take my daughter to the Doctors she has tonsilitis (Never fun!) and then I took both girls to Toys R Us to get a gift for report cards. Then we all ran to BJS which took 4ever because everyone and their mother was in there. LOL There are a TON OF PEOPLE OUT TODAY! I have not seen that much traffic since last Christmas Eve. LOL I kid ya not!
I am now home waiting for Mike to make me some chicken breast salad. Im on the liquid diet but I can have chicken so I am HAPPY! LOL xoxox  ~Jilly~

Yikes, poor lil thing!!  You're right, tonsilitis is NO fun - especially for them!!!  K suffers from frequent bouts of strep, so we're seeing an ENT at Christmas break and I think he's going to want to yank them!!!  K's petrified, of course, and B, of course, is ecstatic because K won't be able to talk!!!  LOL!!!!

I'm taking B out tomorrow for his report card and buying K a purse she liked for her report card.

Everywhere we went today was mobbed - I did most of my running early, though!!!  Even though I hate getting up early, I'd MUCH rather try to beat the crowds!!

Okay, so you're on a liquid diet but you can have chicken?  Um....Jilly....that's NOT a liquid diet!!!  LOL!!!!

Have a good rest of the weekend!!!

Hugs,

T
