B- Coffee and oatmeal
L- p/b crunchy granola bar, 4 slices of peaches, string cheese
D- 3/4 cup Chicken salad with 6 toppers
S- String cheese, a piece of mango
All my water and all my vitamins
I didn't do all that great with protein I need to work on that today.
