I made some pumpkin dip this morning to take to an event tonight. I did not make it wls friendly but I am going to next time for me.
I wasn't sure I could make it because it calls for confectioners sugar and splenda does not have that. I found out that if you take 2 cups of splenda granulated sugar and add 2tsp pf cornstarch and put in the blender or food processor it turns into confectioners sugar.

1 (8oz) cream cheese

2 c. confectioners sugar

1 lb. can pumpkin, creamed

Dash of cinnamon, ginger & nutmeg.

cream all ingredients together.

I serve mine with gingersnaps. It is delish!!!!!

OMG!!  Gail, this stuff is sinful!!!  You're so BAD!!!  LOL!!!!

I actually posted something a couple of weeks ago very similar that I modified.

Whipped cream cheese
Splenda
canned pumpkin
pumpkin pie filling

mix together to taste and use as dip for s/f gingersnaps (Murray's) or s/f sugar cookies

OR

add a container of s/f Cool Whip and it makes it more mousse-like!!

Thanks,

Tia
