So..........what's everyone eating?

Yesterday:

B - Protein Bar

L - Thank goodness for an office fridge, no time to go out!!  Cheese, crackers and olives (guess that's why the rings didn't slide effortlessly onto my fingers this a.m.!! lol)

D - Sauteed pork tenderloin & onions

All my fluids and all my vits!!

Yesterday was a much better day for me...

B - s/f creamsicle

L - protein shake

S - protein drink

D - turkey lunch meat
     reduced fat swiss cheese

all my fluids and all my vits!!

Yesterday:

B - egg cheese and ham on a english muffin, 12 oz coffee with Chai creamer

L - Baked Chicken leg and salad

D - 1/3 cup of spaghetti with ground beef , sauce & mozarella cheese

S- handfull of almonds, string cheese

All my water and vitamins
