L - Thank goodness for an office fridge, no time to go out!! Cheese, crackers and olives (guess that's why the rings didn't slide effortlessly onto my fingers this a.m.!! lol)
D - Sauteed pork tenderloin & onions
All my fluids and all my vits!!

L - Baked Chicken leg and salad
D - 1/3 cup of spaghetti with ground beef , sauce & mozarella cheese
S- handfull of almonds, string cheese
