3 THINGS FOR HUMP DAY!!!
it sure is cold. i have the heater in my office going. our heating system isn't working right! hope it will be soon.
1. i got back on track today and will hopefully stay on track for awhile at least! i am 6-7 lbs away from 100 lbs lost and want to reach it by the end of the month.
2. exercise. i really think it is helping me through this tough time. i am finally not feeling so bad.
3. have friday off. i am glad for it. hopefully i will get stuff done and not be a total bum.
I'm thankfull feeling better today (knock on wood that it lasts).
Today, I'm grateful for...
1. Bagel chips...yesterday it was s/f popsicles and although I had a couple of those yesterday, I was able to eat and keep down a few bagel chips last night.
2. Stealing Tia's #1, I wouldn't have been able to get through these past 6 weeks without you guys! Thank you!
3. Happy Pills. I was a VERY unhappy camper yesterday morning and early afternoon. Finally got the courage to take my happy pills (even though I had the dry heaves a little later because of them) and by last night was in a much better mood. I hate that I have to take them but love that they work so well!
Hi honey!!! Glad you're feeling better!! Isn't it strange? You'd probably puke if you ate a bagel, but bagel CHIPS go down fine. It's that whole toasted thing!!!
Oh, yeah, happy pills can make or break you!!! Just be careful if you skip a dose - you can feel REALLY outside of yourself!! A very strange thing!!!
Hugs right back to you!
Love ya,
Tia

Actually, I'm sure I've told you this, but since you're losing weight so rapidly and estrogen is stored in fat cells....well, those hormones gotta go somewhere!!! LOL!!! Trust me, that's a HUGE part of it!!!!
Just stay on top of the meds, and if they seem to "fail," let your doctor know - they might just need some tweaking!!!
Hugs (from a distance!!!),
Tia
Hi Tia Bia!!!!!
1. BEING A MOM!!! So many people get caught up in their own lives that they forget they have children and that is such a shame. Tomorrow is NEVER promised to any of us and I know that first hand. I lost a child at the age of six. So make sure you tell your kids everyday how much you love them and DONT TAKE THEM FOR GRANTED! I have seen so many Moms just pushing their kids to the side so they can go hang out with men or chat online all night with strangers and it kills me. These kids are so impressionable. THEY ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN YOUR LIFE!!! They wont always be little. I LOVE MY KIDS AND I AM BLESSED TO BE A MOM!!!!
2. MIKE- today I sit here missing him so much and I realize more and more how BLESSED I am to have him. We spent the entire day at University Hospital yesterday and he stayed by my side for every appt I had. He is MY ROCK!!!!!!!! He is my biggest supporter and did I mention the best EYE CANDY EVER! hahaha A nurse was so busy starring at him yesterday that she walked right into the elevator doors. hahaha I LOVE MY BABY! He is always there for me no matter what and he is an amazing husband/father.
3.Holidays- I feel really happy that the holidays are coming up despite the fact that I wont be eating too much. It makes people realize the IMPORTANT things in life and everyone should realize that ALL YEAR LONG! I was in KMART last night and a woman two in front of me at the register was getting diapers for her baby and a hat/coat too. Well her debit card was declined TWICE and she started to cry. The guy behind her/in front of me.....took three round tables out of his cart and sat them to the side. He then handed the cashier the money to pay for the childs diapers/coat and hat. I STARTED CRYING LIKE A BABY! He didnt have a lot of money but he put back a "Want' to help pay for a "Need" for someone else. It touched me. I wish I saw more of that through the year. The holidays do truly bring out the best in sooooooooooooooo many people. My husband and I do for so many charities during the holiday season. If you have never been an ANGEL you should try it this year. Most Malls have an Angel Tree and each angel decoration has a childs name and age as well as clothes size and one toy they really want. If you do for that ONE CHILD you will feel so very good about yourself. ITS WORTH IT!! That is ran through the Salvation Army. ((((Hugs)))))
Okay there were my 3 for today. LOL If it would have been snowing today that so would have been ONE TWO AND THREE! hahahahaha (((((((((TIA))))))))))))))) ~Jilly~
