B- S/F Maple Brown sugar oatmeal. 20 oz coffee with s/f french vanilla
L- 1 pork rib and 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup of corn
D- 1/2 cup of baked ziti with ground beef, 1 cup of romaine lettuce, honey french dressing
S- 1/4 cup of natural almonds, 2 string cheese and 3 crackers
