Daily Workout!!!

hi guys,

yesterday my pt worked me pretty good. i am doing 3 minutes fast walk with incline, then one minute run. i am able to do 4 cycles of that before i feel like i am going to die! but i keep improving speed, quantity so i am happy. today my next door neighbor is coming to the gym w/ me. she is very out of shape so i am hoping she will exercise hard today. saturday she barely did 15 minutes. I'll whip her into shape!

Well, last night did not turn out as planned. I got a little bit of cardio in before heading to my class. But then my trainer asked if we could postpone since no one else was able to make it. Since I had a lot of personal stuff I needed to do, I agreed. Although part of me really wanted to get that class in.

Tonight is pool class night and I am looking forward to it. I always seem to get my best workouts on pool night!

the pool is awesome. i am able to burn alot more cuz i stay cool while exercising. when i do treadmill, it's like a river resides on my face! work hard tonight!

Planning on the pool classes tonight with Deb and if I have time cardio/weight circuit first.
Haven't exercised since last tuesday so I am so ready to get back into it.

Hi Nicole,

I hope you had a great time at the gym with your neighbor.
Today I did 45 minutes on the thread mill within that time I did 15 minutes on an incline of 4.
