Hey everyone!!!  What are you eating?  Today, lunch is breakfast because I forgot breakfast.  Although I'll be the first to admit that I often don't eat what you would normally consider breakfast food anyway!!  Sigh...but that means a run out for lunch!!  I hear matzoh ball soup calling my name!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein shake in coffee
     Mandarin oranges

L - Chicken salad, Triscuits

D - Homemade chicken & dumplings

S - Peaches

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Yesteray was a BAD day!

B - Deviled eggs (1 whole egg)...big mistake...HUGE mistake!!  I put minced onions, mustard and lite mayo in the filling.  I think the onions were what did me in.

L - 1/3 protein drink

D - 2 s/f popsicles

Some vits and some fluids...

Oh, poor Heather!!!  Onions and celery in salads used to bother me big time - I'd have to almost grate them.  My pouch didn't like the stringy texture.

Good news is, it hopefully won't always be that way for you!

Do what you're doing and baby your pouch for a bit.

Hey Tia,

Yesterday:

B- S/F brown sugar & maple Oatmeal 12 oz Coffee with S/F french vanilla 

L- 4 Tyson's Chicken nuggets 1/2 of collard greens

D- 1 Rib 1 small baked potatoe with sour cream, chives & shedds spread

S- Romaine lettuce with Honey french dressing, s/f pistaccio pudding, 6 almonds and 6 hazelnuts

All my water & vitamins

Ok, so I just started my puree phase a couple of days ago........

B - pureed scrambled egg w/ sprinkle of cheddar cheese

S - protein shake

L - 1 T hummus, 1 wedge laughing cow light, 2 oz. pureed ham salad
S -  2 oz. cottage cheese

D - 2 oz. pureed crock pot pot roast, 1 T mashed potato, 2 T pureed broccoli

had all my vits.....still working on the fluids in one more protein drink (have 44 oz. so far)
