Well done ladies!! It was neat to see some of your before shots. I think we should bring before pictures to one of the meetings so us newbies or soon to be newbies can see everyone's amazing progress!

I watched it while I was at my work gym! so i was proud of myself for working out while seeing you guys! loved it. I think you did a wonderful job and made sure people understood that the surgery isn't a cure but a tool! great job.

thanks kelly. in my misery of being sick, i completely forgot to tivo this last night. thanks sooo much for providing the link. of course, when i watched it, i yelled at the screen "hey, it's 72 pounds now!" hahahahahaha
