Daily Workout!!!

It's Friday and I'm happy for it. Yesterday I exercised for probably 45 minutes. I was still sore from the day before so I couldn't go as hard. But I did 16 minutes on the treadmill (4 minutes running), some floor stuff, then ten minutes on the bike. my next door neighbor canceled on me. said she wasn't feeling good. hopefully she wasn't lying. we are supposed to get together again today. I will probably do something similar today.

I wimped out yesterday:  Aunt Flo did arrive and I just feel so bad I know there will be
no exercise this weekend : unless you count being on the go from *;00 am till around 10:00 pm tomorrow. LOL  I have a full day planned.

Went to the gym around 5:30 this morning.  I am now going to sleep as I stayed up all night.  Boy am I pooped.  An annoying thing about losing weight is that when I program my weight on the treadmill I burn sooooooo few calories for the same amount of work.  Oh well, I'll take the thinner butt any day!

Went to the Y with my hubby and did my treadmill. Worked up a really good sweat!!!
