Daily Workout!!!
It's Friday and I'm happy for it. Yesterday I exercised for probably 45 minutes. I was still sore from the day before so I couldn't go as hard. But I did 16 minutes on the treadmill (4 minutes running), some floor stuff, then ten minutes on the bike. my next door neighbor canceled on me. said she wasn't feeling good. hopefully she wasn't lying. we are supposed to get together again today. I will probably do something similar today.
