TOTALLY shaked out!  Instead of the icky protein powders I've been having sugar free carnation instant breakfast with 10 oz. of soy milk warmed up with some extra splenda.  Much better tasting and does well warm.  My other protein drinks are the Isopure drinks (Apple Melon and Grape Frost), they are my saving grace!!!

I hear you!!!  I could probably still do the clear Isopures if I had to, but make me mix powder with liquid and !!!!

I can still do the rtd EAS Advant Edge - as long as I mix it in flavored coffee!!!!!

Do whatever it takes to get that protein in!!!

You and Heather have the same surgery dates!  How 'bout you?  Are you having any problems?

Good to see you posting!

Nope. I try to switch it up with the protein by using Protein blitz protein water, Nectar my favorite and unjury. Making good food choices that are high in protein also.

Also, I discovered that grilled fish does not agree with my new tummy (yes it was disgusting) but I can eat steamed shrimp.

Good for you!!!

Don't give up on the fish yet.  It didn't like me initially, but now, there's no problems.  The funny thing is, what doesn't work today may next week and vice versa.  It's a learning process!!!  It might help you to write things down, too - as far as what works and what doesn't!!!  I couldn't survive without shrimp - and a pound of shrimp goes a LONNNNNG way!!!

Take care,

Tia
