Good Morning Maryland;

Well since Tia is off work today I will start the ball rolling here.

Today I am grateful for .
1.  Another beautiful drive into work this morning;  and a lot less traffic.

2.  My pilates class last night: I'm a bit sore this morning but not as bad as what I thought
I would.  The teacher really kicked our butts last night;  I'm not usually one to break a sweat
but last night I sure did.

3.  For peace on the boards - Lets keep it this way
We are here to support each other - cheer on each others successes and
bring down people back up.

Love you all

My three for today:

1.  I'm stealing your #3 - AMEN!

2.  Seeing today's sunrise.

3.  Remembering my mother.  Today would have been her 78th birthday and I miss my parents.  I don't care how old you are, when they're both gone, you feel like an orphan.

(((HUGS)))

(((((((((((((((April))))))))))))  I hope the hugs help.
I know you are missing your Mom :  I still have both mine with me and I dread the day
I don't  .

The sunrise was beautiful this morning and the sunset was great last night too.

Sad when I see both the sunrise and sunset from 95 and 695 -  the days are definatly getting

shorter

1. i went swimming last night and it felt great! so glad i finally got back on the horse. plus i may have found someone to exercise with a couple times a week so that will be great motivation.

2. my husband. we don't always agree or get along but then he gets in bed and folds his legs into mine and i realize how much I love him.

3. my pain is getting alot better. now it is almost toward the sore phase instead of curl into a ball pain phase. halleluyah (sp?)

April - Both my parents are gone as well. I understand and empathize with you. There are a couple of things I have that belonged to each of them. When I hold or use these things, I feel like they are with me.

Nicole - I am so glad you are finally turning a corner in your recovery - yeah!

Darla - I thought I would be sorer this AM too, but I am not. It was defintely a good workout!

My Three Things:

1 - Working from Home - On cold days like this, I am glad I have this flexibility. It is coincidental that I am working from home today (appt. later in the day), but I certainly appreciate it!

2 - A Great Workout - As Darla mentioned, we had a great workout last night in our Pilates Reformer class. When it was over, our trainer mentioned that many of the moves we did were Intermediate level. That was the icing on the cake for me to know that I am making progress and can do these more challenging moves.

3 - Reminders - As I have mentioned lately, I have been having some struggles as I continue to work on my goals. Yesterday, I found a picture in the bottom of one of my desk drawers at work. It was from late 2005. It was a picture of me. I had hid it because I was so embarrassed. at how I looked. In it I am even wearing the blouse I have saved as my "before" outfit. I needed this reminder of how far I have come. Sometimes, it is easy to forget somewhat when you are focused on current issues. Yes, I still need to keep working toward my ultimate goals, but I truly have so much to be thankful for even if I never get any better than I am now.

Have a super day!

Hi Darla...

1.  I'm stealing your number three as well.

2.  My RNY, I can walk for 30-45 minutes on the treadmill without hip pain.  It's been a long time since I've been able to walk for more than 15 minutes without it kicking in.

3.  Family and Friends.

Have a good day all!
