Daily Workout!!!

anyway, I swam for 55 minutes. my bum felt fine and I got a great workout. I think I went back and forth over 50 times and I don't have to stop between laps. I am impressing myself! I am starting to enjoy people watching the fat girl swim laps around them!
Today I will take a long walk with the Moosh but I have to go to an appt then do long overdue grocery shopping. tomorrow I see my personal trainer and thursday i am meeting my next door neighbor at my work gym so things are lined up! I am noticing today I feel better mentally so exercise really does help. Keep that in mind when you want to not exercise.

Tonight will be cardio/weight circuit and one or two hours of water classes-
last week I wimped out and only did the first class but I think today I will
take both classes. Tomorrow night is bowling and Thursday will be a repeat of today.
I too believe exercise helps mentally as well: Yes there are days where I just don't feel
like going too the gym : but those days I vow to at least do a little treadmill. Its hard
I know but exercise plays a huge part in our " transformations" you do what you gotta do.

I will be heading to the gym tonight. It depends on what time I get there as to whether I will do the pool classes or the treadmill/weight circuit. The classes don't start until 7PM and I might get there early if I go right from my late afternoon appt.
I agree that the exercise has a "mental" benefit. I seem to feel better able to manage my wayward eating when I work out.

Glad to read that you are feeling better! Exercise definitely makes me feel better and I did a lot of that yesterday to keep my stress level down.
Today I will walk on the treadmill for one hour and do toning exercises for 1 hour.
