Great Sono Pic Today - OT
Just wanted to share!!! Here is a 4D sonogram pic of Lacie Elizabeth Modispaw from today. It's a good face shot. Her nose is a little squished from nuzzling up against the womb. She looks exactly like Kylie so far...nice lips huh? She was practicing breathing, playing with her feet and sucking her fingers at today's appointment. Just 4 weeks and 2 days before she arrives on 12/10!
Revised to VSG (6/11/09) weighing 253...
Kylie is very involved at the doc appts now. I go Monday and Thursday for fetal non stress tests so she hears the heartbeat and every time Lacie movies or kicks. Afterwards on Mondays we do the sonograms and Kylie gets to watch all of that and then we see Dr. Weitz on Thursdays and Kylie loves to see her. Today we had Kylie talk to Lacie to get her to move around. It was cute, when Kylie was talking to her, Lacie started to wiggle and move her mouth open and closed.

Me too Cira! I have been so nervous about this pregnancy after the past two miscarriages. Worried about miscarrying, then worried about age risk factors, then worried about other risks as a gestational diabetic (had to have fetal echocardiogram), etc. Today I actually got to count fingers and toes! I'm sure having a second baby in the house will be completely different than just having Kylie. I'm beginning to wonder exactly WHEN I'll be able to shower!

Isn't it an amazing experience having a baby after WLS? Look how healthy you and baby are.

Trust me you will find the time for showers some time after 12 am somehow. lol
