From being sleeved to DS...Anyone??

I had gastric sleeve done last July in Baltimore MD. The first 3 months I did very well, I lost about 46 lbs........then it stopped !!!!!  Now I struggle everyday to keep from gaining anymore weight back, I did gain back 15 of the 46 and I am totally disgusted.   If I knew then what I know now I would have done the DS to begin with, So my question is this,

Is there anyone out there who had the sleeve done then had the DS later?

If so how are you doing? I am undecided what to do at this point, I feel hopeless and doomed to be fat forever......I am still 100 lbs overwight.

Hi Elaine - I don't know if many, or any, on the MD board have done the VSG followed by the DS so I recommend you visit the DS board as I know you will find people there that can offer their experience.

Hi Elaine,

You might want to speak with your surgeon about this.  Dr. S is THE DS doctor in Md.  Since I've heard so much about him and the work he's done with the DS, I'd go right to the source. Good luck.
