B- 12 oz coffee, Egg & cheese sandwich ion whole wheat bread
L- Burger no bread melted cheese on patty, 1 medium tomatoe and 8 slices of beets
D- chicken leg and 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes
S- chicken Thigh, string cheese and peanut butter granola bar (not all in one sitting) throughout the day...

I didn't do very well as I had a pretty poor eating day due to my HORRIBLE night at work. I actually ate my dinner at 7:30 this morning so I am counting it as today's breakfast.
