Good morning Maryland!

Today is a huge day for many of us and I am thankful to see that our Country has come a long way.

Change has come and I welcome it with OPEN arms!

Today I am grateful for:

1. That I can truly look at my children in their faces and say YOU TOO CAN BE PRESIDENT!
Wow that is big and my tears are just over flowing!

2. That we can say  "YES WE CAN"  "SI SE PUEDE"

3. That we are moving forward to a better AMERICA! The land of PROMISE and OPPORTUNITY!

I love the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!

Have a great day everyone!

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

I am so happy for your hubby and all of our people.  Tia is doing fine she had major wor****upying her time since she work backed up since she was out for a few days.
Hey we can all keep the board awake if we try....

I hope you get to feeling better really soon. it took me a long time to heal when I had my surgery years ago but I had three surgeries in 1 so it took long. But if yours was not done by laser then it will take a good while to heal. Everytime you go it just irritates it.  Stay in full liquids for a while and it will definitely help you shed more pounds.

Hugs,

For the promise of change and hopefully what it will do for the whole fiber of our country.

That a very dear friend who had major spinal/cervical surgery yesterday is feeling so much better already and will be released from the hopital soon.

That this is already Wednesday and I can see the end of the week from here!

Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

Today I am grateful for:

1 - My involvement in the political process and the success of Mr. Obama.  I was an Engligh and History major in college and never did I think I would see another person who so embodied the spirit, character and heart of Bobby Kennedy.

2 - The renewed optimism for the future of my unborn child.

3 - My ability to stand strong in my convictions/beliefs and tune out the negative, obnoxious and ignorant co-workers.

Good Morning Everyone:

This has been a very sad morning for me:  went to the funeral of My best friends
Mother.   I only have one for today.

1.  That I was able to take off work to spend time with my friends family as
they said a final goodbye.  It was so sad but I am glad I could be there for them.
