Accountability is so very important to keep myself in line especially after Halloween.
So here is mine.

Yesterday:

B- 12 oz Coffee, 1 slice of whole wheat 1 slice american cheese

L- 1 chicken thigh roasted no skin, 1 bowl of salad with ranch dressing, 1/2 cup fruit ****tail
2 bites of bread pudding

D- Fried chicken leg, 1/4 cup of rice with beans

S- small slice of pumpkin pie made with splenda, string cheese, 1 small twix bar

All my water and all my vitamins.

B - 16 oz. skim milk w/van & choc protein & instant decaf coffee (yum)

S - 1 pk low sugar apple oatmeal

L - no time, water

S - 20 raw baby carrots, SF pudding

D - 1 cup skim milk w/chicken flavored protein

All my water and vitamins...that's about it folks!
