THE FEED BAG
Normally I can only do Corned Beef Hash once in a while, but it was my saving grace on the first week of pureeds. I have a can of Roast Beef Hash in the pantry. Gotta love the protein content.
Yesterday:
B - Protein Shake made with 8 oz skim milk
S - Isopure Protein drink
L - 4 oz. turkey chili (whi*****ludes cheese and greek yogurt on top)
S - Isopure Protein Drink
D - Grits and wedge of lite laughing cow cheese
All my fluids and all my vits.
P.S. Tia - I tried the sea salt in the hot chocolate and I wasn't impressed. Sorry, maybe it's just me.
