THE FEED BAG
PBS- Protein shake
B- 4 tbs corned beef hash with 1/2 slice cheese
L- 2 tbs black bean soup with 1/2 slice cheese, 2 tbs carrots
S-Protein Shake
D-4 tbs turkey chili with shredded cheese. 1 teaspoon greek yogurt
LNS- 1/2 cup light soy milk with 4 tbs cambells broc/cheese soup
all my fluids and vitimans!!
I did SO AWESOME with my fluids yesterday I think I got about 80-90oz in!!!

What is wierd, preop I HATED it, but I was looking to change things up for breakfast and I saw it was LOADED with protein and I thought ok if I put some cheese on it even more. It happened to be the right texture (mushy) for me at this stage so I tried it and actually liked it!!
ohhhh I'll have to try the greek yogurt on the black bean soup. I put some in my chili last night and that was YUMMO!!

LMAO!!!!! nope.........I keep my virtual house locked up......and since no one really has to use the bathroom in Second Life, my house has no bathroom LOL Just a living room, florida room, family room, bedroom and a media room. No kitchen either! of course my house is on the water so we can all go fishing and cook what we catch on the fire pit outside LOL
