Sorry I'm late with this today.

Yesterday:

B - Protein shake in my coffee

S - Banana

L - Turkey chili with cheese

D - Homemade pierogies (I told Mom that although I love her, I'll kill her if she makes these again in the next 50 years!!  GROAN!)

S - Popcorn

All my water, all my vits!!

PBS- Protein Shake

B- 2tbs eggbeaters with 1 tbs cheese, 1 tbs peaches

L- 2 tbs refried beans with cheese, 1 tbs greek yogurt

S- Protein Shake (but I ended up spilling half of it...ughh!!)

D-3tbs cottage cheese with peaches

LNS- 4 tbs cambells broc/cheese soup wtih about 1/2 cup light soy milk (I knew I needed to get more protein in and didnt really feel like a shake or eating so I heated this up and OMGo**** was soooo good and WARM and extra protein...yay!!)

B- 2 cups of 12 oz coffee, oatmeal s/f maple brown sugar

L- english muffin with 1 tbs of peanut butter and grape jelly

D- Homemade 4 oz beef stew with 1/4 cup of white rice

S- popcorn with melted butter yummy

All my water and all my vitamins
