3 THINGS FOR WEDNESPAY!!!

off Monday and Tuesday so I cann't ask you too take off Wens as well. ( But thanks for the offer)

Hey, you know me - always willing to take a day off.....I mean, help a friend!!!  LOL!!!!

I can always leave early if necessary - just don't want you going by yourself, so if anything comes up, let me know.

Good Afternoon - I'm in a bad habit since I'm still off of work of sleeping late!  LOL!  I'll have to wean myself off of it before I go back but that's not for another FIVE WEEKS!!!!

1.  Despite how much I miss her so so so much...Colby is back home with me where she belongs.  She sits in a beautiful box atop my antique secretary desk inherited from my grandmother.

2.  For this wonderful WLS.  I'm lacking energy still but have dropped 28 lbs total, 25 since surgery!  WOOHOO.  Best 40th b'day present one could every have!!

3.  For my furbabies...the allow me to get through the trials and tribulations of life!!

I'm glad Colby's home with her family - she was one lucky puppy dog!!!   I was amazed at the compassion and respect that was shown to Molly the Beagle when she was created.  She, too, sits in a carved box atop my computer stand.  No matter where they are, they'll always be with us!!

The birthday fairy wrote your bday on her calendar, but had NO idea it was going to be your 40th!!  WOO-HOO!!!  Whatcha gonna do to celebrate?

28 pounds is AWESOME!!!  Keep up the good work!!

I wish I could say I was going to eat cake!  Yes, I am mourning that just a tad (my head and NOT my pouch1!). 

Not sure if the hubby has something planned tomorrow but we'll be going to a halloween party with friends on Friday night. 

My b'day present this year is going to be a memorial portrait tattoo of Colby.  So, I think on Saturday we'll be interviewing tattoo artists to find the one with the best dog portrait skills.

The big 4-0 is EEEEK scary, but it's just a number.  I certainly don't feel my age...nor do I look it!  Had a guy tell me a week after surgery that he thought I was in my mid-20's.  That's stretching a bit but  YAHOOOOO!!!

Well, since your wls "window" has been thrown wide-open, can I just tell you that cake is highly overrated?  Just keep telling yourself that.  Those 28 pounds taste so much better and linger longer on the tongue than the cake will, I promise!!

Yep, 40's just a number - I'll be 42 in March and I don't think I look my age, either.  Although I admit that I'd be smelling someone's breath if they told ME I looked like I was in my 20's!!  LOL!!

Oh, that tattoo (scary as it sounds), will be SUCH a wonderful present - to you AND Colby.

The birthday fairy tells me she'll be putting a special post up tomorrow JUST FOR YOU!!!

Yeah, I mean I wasn't wearing any makeup, had my hair in a younger "do" but good gracious.  Afterwards I realized that I wasn't wearing my wedding ring still (and neither was he) so perhaps....I laughed HARD!!  Oh well!

Good afternoon, everyone!

Today, I am grateful:

1.  That my work week is over today, and my long weekend starts @ 4:30pm!!!  WooHoo!!!!

2.  That I'm getting my pay check today since I am off the rest of the week!!! 

3.  That Hunter and I are going to my friends house tomorrow evening for the weekend!  It is so nice to get away from home and get a break from the chaos!
