My 1st fill

I got my first fill today. I have 4cc in my 9cc Realize Band. I felt restricted right away, but I'm told that will probably change. I definitely needed that fill and I'm glad that I got it!

I'm down 20lbs so far. Not bad for 6 weeks post surgery, and when you have a lapband you are doing everything on your own before your first fill. I feel pretty accomplished. I'd like to be down another 15lbs-20lbs by Thanksgiving.

I'm allowed to start lifting weights at the gym. I am going to start a program tomorrow!

Thanks Tia! I'm glad to finally feel SOMETHING! Its nice to know I lost 20lbs. I can't wait until I hit 40!

If I lose the weight by Thanksgiving then that is awesome... if I don't then I'll try and not stress.
