Hi all,

I got my butt kicked yesterday. One thing that we all have to remember is that just because your mind says "i don't wanna" doesn't mean we should listen to it. If I had, I would have missed out on a great workout and the pride I took in pushing myself.

Today I plan on going swimming this evening. I know a couple of you were trying to get back on the exercise track so I hope you were successful. I know for me, exercise is the key. i am determined to get the last 75 lbs off.

One thing I am noticing is that I may be consuming more food than I really need. I think I am so used to eating so much it's hard to imagine surviving on so little. I guess I would rather eat then become hungry. so today I am going to focus on consuming as little as possible but still getting all the stuff I need ie protein, veggies.

so what are you doing today?

Oh, one other thing. Can someone post the next two days? I am getting minor surgery tomorrow so I won't be around nor will I be exercising.

I'll post it for you Nicole.

I did get back in  the exercise mode yesterday and like you I feel like my butt got kicked.
I know what you mean about saying "I don't wanna"  I did not want to go last night
but I am so glad I did.  Did my treadmill, weight circut and took my pilates class
so that was over 2 hours of solid exercise and I was wiped out but I am so glad
I went .  Tonight is  the cardio/weight circuit again and 2 water classes so that will
be three hours.

I hope everything goes well tomorrow with your surgury:  I'll put you in my prayers.

Take care

Yesterday I kicked my own butt. I haven't started lifting, due to the weight restrictions, so I worked on my cardio. I did 10 TOUGH minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes on the bike, and 20 minutes on the treadmill.

Good news for me! I can start lifting now!
