Hi all!!  Hope everyone is wonderful.  It seems fall is quickly changing to winter.  Is that possible?  All I can say is that I totally feel like a freeze pop.  Brrrrrrrrrrr.

Went to a wedding the week before last.  It was beautiful and the food was delish.  Made good food choices and a couple of questionable alcohol choices .  But, the weather was beautiful, the bride and groom were stunning together and a blast was had by all.  It was nice to spend 3 work free days with my husband.

Ryan has been super busy with soccer and the season is coming to an end.  He wants to play indoor but we (Dan and I) have decided that a break between Thanksgiving and Christmas would be good considering we are having 20+ people for both holidays.  Throw in 5 birthdays and a wedding anniversary and it really seems like the celebrations never end.

I had my 18 month check up today.  My weight is finally holding steady.  Dr. S says I am doing great and he will see me in a year!!  I feel super.  I never thought I would lose this much so, I am thrilled.  I'm really hoping to up my running.  I would really like to run a marathon (maybe the MCM) next year.  I am going to run the Frederick Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning.

I really miss it here.  I will not become a stranger.  I need this place to keep me honest and accountable.  Also, If I mess up it is a wonderful thought to know that there are people *****ALLY understand.

Cheers!

Hi honey!!!

Glad to see you posting!!  Although I have to tell you, all I see is a red "X" where there should be a pic!!  F5 didn't help, either!!  Boo!!!

I'm glad to hear everything's going so well for you.  I have a Halloween wedding on Friday - it's the culmination of some wonderful things for my friend.  I think she'd finally resigned herself to living a somewhat happy single existence when POOF! Mr. Right popped up!!!  They are a wonderful couple, devoted to each other, their families and their faiths.  I will definitely be crying tears of joy on Friday night!!  And Heather's my date - what more could I want? LOL!!

20+ people on the holidays?  HAPPY YIKES!!  I'd love it, but I also know how much work that entails.  Good for you and hubby for recognizing the need for a break from sports!!!  All the extras that extracurricular sports entails is exhausting!!!

That's great on your checkup and the marathon!!!  You go, girl!!!  You're such an inspiration!!!  Good luck!!

Come back when you can - you're definitely missed here!!

Love ya,

Tia

Congrats to your friend and her upcoming marriage.  It is funny how when you're not looking love just comes along.  I remember when I met my husband I flat out told him he was not my type.  I was dating off and on and just going out with girlfriends.  Life was good.  Even after making that comment to him he still asked me out.  Now, while life is not perfect, I can't imagine life without him.  Life is GRAND!

Awww, thanks, honey!!  She's actually a "loser," too!!!!  She looks amazing and is wearing a sleeveless gown - I am dying to see it!!!

Okay, so love comes along when you're not looking?  Closing my eyes now!!

You deserve nothing less than GRAND!!!
