B- 12 oz Coffee, s/f maple & brown sugar oatmeal make with 6 oz 2% milk

L- a chicken thigh with 1/4 cup of creamed corn

D- Chicken leg with a small tomatoe 1/4 cup mashed poatatoes

S- s/f fat free vanilla pudding

All my water and all my vitamins

b:1/2 whole wheat mini bagel with cheese

s:  SF, FF latte

l:  1/4 whole wheat bread with cheese and tomato

d:  homemade chicken soup and a couple of  grapefruit segments

s: greek yogurt with berries
