Daily Workout!!!

I know last week i wasn't here but I was not at my computer. I didn't exercise either. and ate crap. so today i am getting back on track. i see my personal trainer today and i'm drinking a protein drink for bfast.

good for you.  my protein levels are slightly lower than they should be as well, so i'm trying very hard to incorporate in a protein shake everyday, even though i really don't like them. 

i also had a virus that kicked my butt and i have not been very physical for at least two weeks.  however, i have friends that are begging me to run a marathon with them in march, so i have new incentive to move my ass.  LOL

Hey Nic:

Glad to see you back ;  I didn't exercise at all last week so today is the start of a new
determination to get back on track.  The game plan is  30 min treadmill-
the weight circuit and a Reformer Pilates class

Thanks again for this post because it reminds me I HAVE TO EXERCISE.

glad to see you are back. I tried so hard last week to get up at 430am(bcause thats when I have to go exercise), but I dont think my energy levels are back at 100% yet and I just couldnt. (Not to mention I had the damn STOMACH FLU ughh on thursday). So glad to see this post I am gonna try and start something this week.
