Surgery tomorrow (I hope!)

Hi Everyone-
Can't believe that tomorrow's the big day. I caught a cold over the weekend tho and hope they don't cancel it. I don't have a fever just stuffy and a bit of a scratchy throat.. Keep me in your prayers please, and hopefully I'll be joining you on the bench!

Did you call your doctor? God knows, I wouldn't want to see your surgery get rescheduled, but you don't want to take any chances, either.

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

Thanks everyone,
I spoke to the nurse today and she said that unless I had a fever or difficulty breathing, they'd most likely go ahead with it so I'll see tomorrow... Oh, surgery is at 8am.
