Well, it's been yet another month already, WHERE has the time been going?  I had a peri/OB appt today and I LOST a pound this month; I'm allowed to gain 4 pounds each month.  My total gain for this pregnancy is currently 11 pounds.  Doc is fine with that and so am I.  BP is still doig great on just my 100mg a day of Labetalol (which is what I was taking pre-baby) and my blood sugar is still nice and tight!  Baby is still doing great, but I am catching the blunt of her baby kung fu!  At night, when she is most active of course, we amuse ourselves by watching the movement on my belly.  Some days I swear she is going to kick or punch her way out! lol  I'm 30 weeks and they are taking her via c-section on Wednesday, December 10th; so just seven weeks left!  Now I get to start going every two weeks to see the peri/OB and TWICE a week for fetal non stress tests and weekly for biophysical (sono).  I'm seriously considering a parking pass! LOL

Thanks Cira!  This has been the most uneventful pregnancy! WOOHOO!  I was on so much insulin this far into my pregnancy with Kylie that the doc wanted me on a pump!  I'm having a tubal ligation during the c-section that way next time SOMEONE hands me a baby I don't get pregnant! LOL  I told you it would work!  Happened when my gf Kathleen handed me her newborn baby boy and happened when you handed me Gia!  Now that I'm so much smaller (and still shrinking come January!) and my body actually WORKS properly; and the IUD doesn't work for me I have to do something else.  How's Tara doing anyway?  Feeling good?

I am so glad that all is great. being pregnant after weight loss surgery was really good for me. I didn't have to take 5 shots of insulin a day like I did before too.  Isn't it amazing?

Wow I had no idea you are planning to do the tubal ligation when the baby is born.  I remember doing that when jessie was born 20 years ago then reversing it 11 years later.  So I guess Tara will not have any affect on you when she hands her baby to you sometime next year huh?  lol

Tara is doing good achy and all but all is great.  We fouind out for sure that she is having a boy and now we are working on a name.  She asked me if I could name the baby. I was like what? You trust me enough to pick a name? Maybe Jim Bob what ya think? LMAO!

I wish you was hear yesterday. I really miss seeing  you, Floyd and Kylie.  We had a great time yestersday with the girls and Mom.

Take care and have a wonderful Sunday! Kiss Kylie and pat the baby. Tell Floyd Gino and I say what's up?

Hugs,

Oh yeah, I was taking 5 shots of insulin a day by the end of my pg with Kylie!  Yep, having the ligation done.  I'm 37 and absolutely blessed to have Kylie.  After nine years of trying to have her we never thought we'd have another one so we are done.  Congrats on the grandSON!  He can balance out all those baby girls :)  Uhhh, I don't think Jim Bob is going to fly!!!! lol  I do think it's wonderful that she asked you to name him though; very special!  I don't think I'd trust my mother in naming a child of mine LOL  Sorry we couldn't make it Saturday.  We had to take Kylie up to my mother's in PA, but on top of it all she woke up with red spots on her chest which have now spread all over her; most likely not chicken pox (no fever/no blistering).  On call said hives, but from what?  She had her flu shot last Thursday and broke out before waking up Saturday morning so I suspect it could be a reaction to that.  I'm taking her to the Ped at 2:20 today.

Awww, I loved being pregnant and feeling the baby move around. My daughter constantly had the hiccups and it was the weirdest feeling!  My baby was also more active at night. They say during the day they sleep because you are basically rocking them to sleep as you walk. I'm so glad to hear everything is going well. 7 weeks will be here before ya know it.

Do you have everything ready? I have tons of baby stuff if there are any hand-me-downs you'd like.  The lifesaver for us was a baby swing. We have a small one that folds up so you can travel with it. No matter what mood she was in, that thing always put her to sleep.

Thanks Lisa!  Yep, everything is pretty much ready.  We have a 4 year old girl (Kylie) and this is another girl (Lacie).  Since it took 9 years and a lot of fertility meds to have Kylie we didn't ever expect to have another baby, but we did keep her clothes, crib, high chair, and car seat just in case.  Everything else was given away.  Now Kylie is in her big girl room (sold our daybed to make room for her big girl bed) and we brought the crib back up.  Just need to go through then wash the baby clothes and put them away and then just finish up decorating Kylie's room and we should be done.  I know there is a baby shower put together so whatever we no longer have I've registered for.  With Kylie we had the swing, the bouncy seat, jumperoo, walker, etc...Every kind of gear you can think of and I don't think we used all of it as often as we used the bouncy seat and jumperoo.  I was shocked that she didn't care for the swing as much as I thought she would.  Of course every baby is different to this one probably WILL! LOL

We have the jumperoo (that thing is HUGE), walker, and bouncy seat too. Our house was way too small for everything. Aaryn didn't just get a room, she got the whole house! lol  We have downsized her space a little bit now that she doesn't use all that gear.

Just keep me in mind if you need anything. I'd be happy to share!
