3 THINGS FOR FRIDAY EVE!!!!
Anyway, good morning!! Hope you're all doing well:
Today, I'm grateful for:
1. New products - South Beach Granola Packs - 6 g. of protein, and at 130 calories, a little more than I would like, but it gives me that "sweet" factor that I NEED.
2. Homemade soup - My Mom makes some of the best. Yesterday, she surprised me by making me potato soup - one of my faves. Sadly, it doesn't really have MUCH protein, save for the bacon that she adds just for flavor, so next time, we'll add ham. I am SUCH a soup ***** this time of year - which ISN'T to be confused with being an ATTENTION *****!! LOL!!!
3. That for the next three weeks, I don't work a full week. Can I hear a big AMEN for State holidays and vacation time!!!! WOO-HOO!!!! I SO LOVE....................THIS TIME OF YEAR!!!!!

Good Morning: Doing better everyday thanks
1. That I am looking forward to time with friends and family this weekend
LOL since I am already seeing oh friends Friday and Saturday anyone
want to go to the movies Sunday : I promised my niece I would take her to see
" HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 3 "
2. That even though I bowled badly last night I managed to pull off 4 strikes in
the last six frames of the last game - gave us enough to win the last game
plus take the total pins . The guys insisted on giving me credit for taking
the extra game.
3. For my little furbaby : don't know if its because she was cold ( I just had her cut)
but she slept curled up against me all night - even kicked me in the middle of the night
so I would wake up and give her a belly rub.

You wil lhave to excuse me today. I am a little sleep deprived. I have been up since 3:15AM for an implementation today. YAWN! So far so good!
1 - I am stealing this one from a t-shirt - "Life is good" and I am most thankful for that.
2 - For my family and friends. I continue to be quite blessed. I do not always have the ability to spend as much time as I would like with everyone, but I am thankful for every moment I get. (I really do need to work on the "time" thing.)
3 - That it is almost the weekend.

2. I got cinnamon ever since I started buying it. i see it all the time with maple/bs (GAG) and nana (haven't tried nana yet)
3. tummy is just fine :) been extra regular lately though...must be the salads I'm eating. I haven't eased up on coffee at all......I did stop drinking it before bed though!
2. NEVER have seen the cinnamon. I'm gonna check out Cira's Super Wally on Saturday thought.

3. TMI - but good!!! Yeah, you should watch eating/drinking ANYTHING right before bed - that can = instant pain!!!
