Unexpected news.....
I went for my supervised diet regime/support group meeting with Dr. Afram yesterday. It was my third month of six. I happened to have a question about insurance and decided to ask the woman that handles it. Come to find out I am done with the months of supervised visits now. I had started them with my PCP then changed surgeons. Well my insurance requires 6 months or two 3 months within two years of surgery. I had originally been given wrong information. So with some copies of paperwork I can now submit for approval. I thought I would have to wait until the middle of January to submit and now I will most likely have surgery early January. Let the nerves begin!!!!!

Unexpected, but WONDERFUL!!! That's really great news. I think the hardest part is just the waiting. Now you can spend the rest of the year preparing for the holidays, getting everything together that you'll need and getting ready to start your new life.
The time will fly, and your surgery date will be here before you know it!!! Keep us posted on the date!
Congrats!!!!
Hugs,
Tia
