Okay, so I already fessed up to the pumpkin whoopie pie debacle of yesterday a.m. (and paid for it, believe me!!!).
Yesterday:
Pre-breakfast stupid snack - small pumpkin whoopie pie
B - Strawberry shortcake Pure Protein bar
S - Apple
L - Hot & sour soup
D - Slice of cheese pizza, small salad
S - S/f hazelnut frapp with double pro

B- 12 oz Coffee egg, cheese & ham on whole wheat
L- strawberry pop tart (no frosting)
D- spanich rice & peas rice 1/4 cup, 3 oz pork loin in sauce with green peppers and onions
S- Salad, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, romaine lettuce with french dressing
2 Mary Janes haven't had those in 1 1/2 years.

I love reading these, so I know what's coming when I get surgery. It doesn't sound so bad! :) My problem is not eating on a regular basis. I get so busy sometimes that I just dont' feel like making myself anything to eat. Then at night I'm starving by the time I go to bed. I need to get better about that!
