B- 12 coffee Ham, egg & cheese on whole wheat
S- handful of grapes
L- 3 oz pork chop baked with 1/2 baked potatoe sour crean & shedds spread
D-3 oz pork chop with lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber and french dressing
S- 2 vanilla sandwich cookies I just couldn't stop myself
All my water & vitamins

The next time you eat a meal, try to "listen" to your pouch and "feel." I know, sounds hokey, but once you become attuned to your full-sensor, it won't let you down. Fortunately, for me, mine kicked in immediately, and now, if I even THINK about taking one bite too many, it lets me know. But it's kind of an acquired skill for a lot of people. But yes, journaling is key.
I'm eating a Honeycrisp as we speak. My former apple of choice was the McIntosh, then the Gala, then the Fuji, now, the Honeycrisp. Unfortunately, their season doesn't last long. And at $2.99 a pound in my Giant, thank God for that!!!
