Happy Re-Birthday!  Yes it will be hard, yes it is scarey, but it is also hard and scarey to live the way most of us have before this surgery.

You are in my thoughts and prayers as we go through this journey together!!!

It is normal to feel scared and nervous.

Everything is going to go great!!  Wishing you an uneventful surgery and speedy recovery. I can't wait to hear from you when you get back.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

Here's wishing you have an uneventful surgery.  I was 500 pounds when I started my journey and we have to work twice as hard at it.  I'm 318 now and feel a LOT better.  Not winded anymore or anything!  I look forward to seeing your progress!
