OT: Constipation? This changed my life!!
Lisa,
I seem to recall that Smooth Move contains senna, which is a stimulant laxative. I've used Laci LeBeau's Super Dieter's Tea which also contains senna. It has a cinnamon flavor that I really like, and it worked well...but...it's not a good idea to get dependent on stimulant laxatives, and after I had used the Laci LeBeau tea for 2 weeks, my innards got lazy and it stopped working. So I finally bought some unflavored, non-thickening Benefiber powder in single-serving "stick" packages. I use 1-2 packages a day, mixed into my flavored water. It works even better than the senna, and after 3 weeks it's still working.
