It's getting closer!!!!!

First, I just wanted to thank everyone for wishing me well and your prayers. Please keep them coming. I could not do this without your support. I went to my PCP yesterday for BP check and he thinks it would be best for me to have the filter before surgery. My lung doc also called and strongly suggested that I have the filter in place. So, I guess that is a plan. Only 4 more days!!! I am finally getting a little excited and can't wait to get on that road of good health. I have a busy weekend planned to keep my mind off the surgery. I am going to PARTY tomorrow at Thunder Over Louisville and spend the rest of the weekend watching my daughter play in a soccer tournament. Once again, thank you for the support. Hi Ana I wish you the very best. Just think good happy thoughts. I wish I would have done it years ago. I'm 6mths out and had my check up yesterday. I am down 100 lbs. I am off all medications and my diabetes has been normal. I know its still there because there is no cure but I just eat what I'm suppose to and nothing else. Also my cholesterol, Triglycerides are also now normal. First time in years. Life is great. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers. Jane 296/193/150 goal

Ana Hello and best wishies to you on a safe and unpainful WTS I hope you have as good of luck as I have had. I'm 3 yrs out now and have lost 130pds and have pretty much maintained my weight I had gained up to 149 but then got back on tract and lost back down to 135 Best of luck to you Take Care Huggggsss Beth
