Silverlake rec center

Is there anyone in KY or OH that uses Silverlake in Erlanger, KY.

I am not a present member; but I do know a large number of members there. From talking to them, mainly coworkers, theyenjoy it. I decided to join the local Ymca first. DO you have any specific questions I might be able to have my coworkers attempt to answer.

Not really. I started working out last night and it seem to go ok. Do you know if their stomachs hurt after riding the bike or walking fast on the tredmill? I was just walking out side or at the mall; I don't know if it was becuase of the bike but my stomach hurt for a while after working out. Amy

Amy, I have been to Silverlake one time. They are a very nice group. Thursdays are usually bad for me or I would go more often. I do however go to a support group every 1st and 3rd Tuesday at Christ Hospital for Dr. Alexanders Support Group. I cannot say enough good about this group as I have been attending them for the last 8 months. If you need help or more info feel free to e-mail me. Terri is great.. She really helps allot of people.. I know she has helped me since I have had the surgery.. Thanks for the congrats on the weight loss.. I cannot explain how good I feel.. Dave
