Question for people with KY medicaid
Hi, It took me about 1 day to get approved. I've never heard of it taking longer than a month really, Definately doesn't take as long as most of the other Insurances. I know West Virginia Medicaid requires that you must have Diabetes as a co-morbidity before they will approve it. I consider myself very lucky to have gotten approved that quick. Good Luck to you.

Thanks Tony, I do not have diabetes but I do have high blood pressure, arthritis, anxiety, PCOS, sleep apnea, hyperlipidemia, fatigue, lower back pain, and MO. I have letters from my PCP and the neuro who did my sleep studies saying that WLS is needed and I have tried other things and they have not worked, and some other things too. I have a journal that I have been keeping since Oct of last year of my dieting and exercise and was on WW for 6-7 mo before that, and some other diets before that. So I hope I will have no problems getting approved. My consult is April 20th. I am just nervous and getting the "what ifs".
