B12 nose spray

Has anyone tried this and are you getting good results? It seems it would be much better than getting shots. Gail

Hi Violet, Northern Ky here... I have used the Nascobal since 2 months after my surgery and I am 17 months out. My labs have been great, the only thing I don't like is my insurance only pays $35 which is not too bad when I could send in a rebate to the company and get $30 back but just a few months ago the company was sold to and now they don't have the rebate anymore. So I will be looking for something else when this prescription runs out. Hope this helps. Shirley 314/ 194/ hoping for 160's
