Looking for Psych Eval

Does anyone know where I can get my psych eval done around Glasgow or Bowling Green. I found a place but they wanted $350-400. Another place had me come in do all of the paper work, when they called me back we talked for a minute and then they told me that they did not do surgical psych evals. Aaaahhhhhhh!!!! Of all the things to have problems with, finding a place to have a psych eval.

The Bluegrass Bariatric Surgical Associates program in Georgetown KY has a Psychologist right there in the same bldg available for your psyc. eval. on the day you go for your all day appointment. His name is Dr. Perry Brown. I think his main office is in Lexington. I don't know if he will do an evaluation for someone out of town, though.... His fee was $450.00, so looks like the prices you are getting are in line.
