Walk From Obesity

This walk is in Atlanta Ga, but there is one in Ky too. Look for future posts on this and join up for a fun walk to knock out obesity!!!! I cant wait to find out more info on the Ky walk. I definately want to join in!!

Hey Rosanna, there are walks in almost every big city and anyone can sponsor it..if your doc/ center, etc wants to get involved all they have to do is apply for it. you can watch the ASBS site for where and when the walks will be held..closer to time you will see alot of areas posting. I walked in Cinci last year, not sure where I will do it next year..maybe in Lexington Brenda

Hi! The Bariatric Center at Georgetown Community Hospital will be co-sponsoring the Walk from Obesity again this year with St. Joe's in September. Last year we raised allot of money and had allot of fun in doing this. I hope to see everyone come out this year and WALK!! This past year the walk was held at Applebees Park in Lexington.
