Have lost 148 Pounds!

I am now down 148 pounds in less than a year to 165. I am almost to Dr Shinas goal of 160 for me and 15 pounds away from my goal before plastics...I am just so thankful for this surgery and what it has helped me to accomplish so far...Dr Shina and staff, u guys are the greatest. Thank u so much. Oh I got a new messageboard pic and a new after pic showing me at 165 pounds.

Congradulations on your weight loss. Saw your pictures and you look great. Can't wait till i loose that much. By the way Dr. Geller is my dr. Dr. Shina is great too though. I've seen him several times. Do you attend the support group meetings in louisville? They do have a great program at nortons. Again great job on your weight loss.
