Need Lots Of Help!!!!

Has anyone had surgery at Kings Daughters in Ashland, KY? I have United Healthcare Choice Plus and Medicare. I have an appointment at Barix clinics but they are not COE certified. I need to find a surgeon with good experience for the RNY. Also, I have been working on my letter for medical necessity, should I go ahead and send this to my insurance companies or wait until I have a consultation?

Your surgeon will send in your "letter of medical necessity". They don't usually do this until you have your consultation and all your testing is done. That way, it carries more weight with the insurance company.
