i have been smoke free for 2 weeks and 2day i still wish i could smoke i have ganed 2 pounds i hope i dont put on any more up to 222 now

Tina that is great just like everything take it one day at a time and make sure you have a back up plan if things fall apart. Stopping is one of the hardest things to do but eventually you will feel so much better. Good luck on your up coming surgery. Not sure when or if you are scheduled. The surgery has changed my life and I wish I would have done it sooner. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Good Luck Jane 296/214/150 goal

Tina, I used to smoke so I won't even go down that road, but you know in the end putting down the cigarettes will only help your health. Keep up the good work and stay strong...it is worth it!!!

Hi , Tina, Marcellia and Jane..you guys are so awesome!! I use to smoke too, so glad I no longer do that..being healthy is so important to me now.. hey Jane did you know Dr. Sonnanstine is leaving for Saudi Arabia tomorrow? wow that man gets around, I am so darn proud of him!! see ya all later

Hi Tina, I smoked too and stoped before surgery and like a dummy started back after sugery. I finally quit on January 3rd. Went to a smoke clinic here in Ohio had a shot and have not had a smoke since, and no disere to. Good luck to you any one who wants to know where to get the shot just e-mail me. Pattie
