I need help being modivated!
I had my surgery on December 27 and it's been about 6 weeks since my surgery and i have only lost 32 lbs. It seems as though i should have lost more by looking at everybody's success on this websight. i know my huge problem is being motivated to work out. i've alway's been self concesious about myself and my weight therefore i have a problem with going out in public.I'm only 24 years old and can't seem to find anybody my age to relate to after having this surgery. My question to everybody *****ads this would be... what are some tools in which i can lose this weight, i know working out is the key but i would like some other suggestions besides just going to the gym. My worst fear is having this surgery and not loseing any or not enough weight. Worst of all, gaining it back!!
Please Help!! Need suggestions.

First dont gauge you results on others. I can tell you its impossible I was dropping 8 lbs a week very consistantly i am 15 months out and lost about 313 lbs total are you going to do that I dont think so but stay strong and dont try things . I still dont do the sugar thing as far as i know I will dump on it so why try it. The gym has changed my life I was like you I wanted someone to go with me and I made excuses not to go , but if I can offer any advise it is go . Use the gym as your religion, as your you time as your time where the world owes you nothing time. I have taken my bat wings and turned them into rocks and with a few more months can promise I will not need surgery on the arms. The tool I use is this . A dr once told me in group "You have done the most drastic thing that you can do to loose weight ,there is nothing else you can do, so your success or Failure is based on you". I am controlling my own destiny for once I will not fail I wish you many smiles and successes we all beleive in you......ron
