GUESS WHAT I GOT APPOINTMENT FOR PSCHY EVAULATION

i called Kentucky River Community Care this morning and talked to a lady that works in the crisis unit who had the surgery and she transfered me to the office in Breathitt County they do take the medical card witha $5 intake my appoinment is tuesday the 21st at 10:45 yeah

yep it was wonderful til i tried to set up transportation with lklp medical transportation they say ineed referral from my doctor before they can take me to jackson now what do i do do i try to get the doctor or the surgeon to fax lklp a referral so i can get there tuesday
