Update on Carolyn "Sunni" Delph

I just wanted to take a moment and post an update on Carolyn. Sadly the news is not good. I spoke to Robert today. They were never able to do the surgery to see what was going on inside. On Tuesday they too a biopsy through needles while doing a CT. The results came back yesterday. There isn't anything they can do for her. The cancer is to far along and in to many of her organs. They are making arrangements through hospice for Robert to take her her early next week. I can't even begin to describe how hard this is for me to post. Carlyn and I have been friends for such a long time. We have shared so many wonderful times, good times, so-so times and really rotten heart breaking times. I went and saw her a few weeks ago but it is tearing me apart that I won't be able to go and see her again. I want to be there with her so badly. How do you tell someone over the phone how much knowing them and sharing a friendship means to you. How do you say goodbye. Please keep Carolyn and Rbert and their family in your prayers. Ask God to spare her the pain and suffering. Ask hime to bring them all the comfort, lve, support and strength they are going to need. And for everyone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take your vitamins every day no matter what. KEEP your body strong. Go to ALL your follow up appointments even if you feel fine.
