Where's the snow?

I have been hearing on the news we are suppose to get a blizzard..not that I am complaining but where the heck is it? I went to the store last night to make sure I had all my goodies for the weekend, I want to be compliant if I am stuck in the house. If I don't have my food here I could get dangerous and steal my husbands secret stash..that would lead into a fight and-- oiy --the weekend could be quite eventful..lol oh well it beats boredom.. so what do you do to prepare for your everyday eating?? I always have canned salmon..tuna...plenty of protein I just got an order from Susan Maria. in the freezer I keep fish, chicken and lots of ground chuck and ground turkey to make things like chili...stews and soups.. just curious about other ideas people do to stay prepared for that dreaded day of head hunger. hi brenda, well some of its here in ky, its snowing now as i type. cold cold and the next step for me is can't get warm , and i have'nt had wls yet, but its in the making, food so sound good mmmm i mean the kind your talking about getting in the grove of good eating habits. had some things going on but think things are fine now. take care martha

Hi Martha...that warm bed sounds great, I just got back from lunch with my family after a morning of church..we talked to the pastor my daughter wants to perform her wedding ceremony in July.. so my tummy is full and I am ready to change into comfy clothes, build a fire then veg out on the couch.. have a great day! Hi Brenda, Yesterday there wasnt much snow here, but now we have about 8 inches of snow and its still falling hard here. I made sure we had plenty of canned foods and bottled water in case we did get a "blizzard". I have cans of tuna, chicken breasts, fish, and lots of little snacks like fat free cheese and string cheese.....Im good to go for at least a week LOL....I always tell everyone that I live at the North Pole....My neighbors about 2 miles down the road will be ready to fill their pool up and Im still putting rock salt on my driveway LOL.....( not really but it sure feels that way). Anyway....snow is here and looks like it may be here for at least a few more days....hmmm..makes a nice to day to cozy up in front of the fireplace

OH wow, I don't think I will ever complain about snow again..lol actually I love the white stuff, but that many inches is a bit much..around here they wouldn't know how to handle it.. hope you arn't snowed in long!
