Anyone in Georgetown please reply

Toni..what are you looking for in Georgetown?? There is a postop support group at the Scott County Library, ...they are mostly patients of Dr. Weiss and Dr. Oldham at Georgetown Hosp..but I am pretty sure they will let anyone join in. I have attended 3 meetings so far and have really enjoyed it, one of the docs along with the dietician and psychologist are there as well to answer any of your questions.

I Looking for someone else in Georgetown that is either in the meetings that live here or someone that going through the same thing waiting to have surgery

Toni: I am the Education/Support Coordinator for The Bariatric Center at Georgetown. I am a Registered Nurse and had gastric bypass in 2002. I live in Georgetown as well. I'm inviting you to our next monthly support meeting which is: February 8th at 6:30PM at the Scott County Public library. Very nice group of folks who attend and they will all make you fel welcome.
