Hello Everyone!!

Just wanted to take a moment and say hello. I don't come out here much and when I do I just lurk. I pray everyone is doing fine. In a few months I will celebrate a year of losing. It has been slow, but it has been constant. When I decided on the lapband, I knew it would be slow and I am still glad that this was my surgery of choice. Once again, I pray everyone is doing well on their journey.
